Welcome to the Corridor of Gratitude, where it’s good vibes only.

This is the section in the Corridor of Gratitude where I track everyday things that I’m grateful for.

Nobody in particular is being thanked, it’s just good stuff to think about.

Starting a habit of tracking what you’re grateful for every single day for just 21 days has been proven by research time and again to increase a person’s reported levels of happiness.

Normally around here, I like to have images of beautiful women everywhere to thank you for the many things I’m grateful for.

Here, I have them just to pass along the good vibes.

If you feel like you personally don’t have a lot to be grateful for, keep reading.

It perhaps matters even more when things are going to shit to remember the things we are grateful for. 

When we're not careful, these are the times when it feels like there's nothing to be grateful for. 

When I started this list, I thought of more things that I'm not grateful for than things I am. 

If that's how you're feeling, that means that you REALLY need this right now. 

Your gratitude list isn't about congratulating the world or society for a job well done. It's about you. 

It's about your own sanity. 

It's about your own happiness. 

It's about you extracting the most you possibly can out of life. 

It's about maximizing your enjoyment of each day.
