My corridor of progress has been mostly social.

I’m a very introverted person, didn’t have a lot of friends. And these past few years I’ve made a small but close group of friends that I love very much.

Through them I’ve explored my creative and artistic side and have found a few ways that have helped me regulate how I feel on the day to day. Especially with writing. Which is a passion of mine!

I would say on the whole, being more open with others and feeling more free inside my own skin has helped me feel like the crushing weight of societal expectations was truly self imposed.
